The rearsight ramp is the part that keeps all the rear sight parts of the G43 and K43 in place.
The G43 and K43 rear sight ramp keeps the leaf spring and rear sight ladder in the center of the rifle. All 3 parts are held together with a pin that is peened at both ends.
